Mayor Bob Courtney to Present First State of the City Address
Mayor Bob Courtney will address challenges and opportunities ahead in his first State of the City address. This event will take place on Thursday, April 2, 2020, in the City Council Chambers.
“I am looking forward to my first State of the City Address where I will share with the community our efforts to improve the quality of life for all of Madison as well as key initiatives for the rest of this year. I hope you will attend and participate in your city government,” said Mayor Courtney.
Among the many topics to be covered, the mayor will discuss his top priorities for 2020, including plans to strengthen public safety, neighborhood revitalization programs, and future partnerships for economic and quality of life initiatives.
