You're invited to a community-wide event geared at driving Jefferson’s County’s workforce and economic development. Ivy Tech Community College’s Madison Campus will be hosting its annual job fair on April 18 at 10 a.m. in partnership with the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce, WorkOne and the local Jobs for America’s Graduates program (JAG). The event is free and open to all within the community. The job fair is predicted to attract roughly 150 students and community leaders along with 50 different employers.
This event is a great opportunity for current and former students, as well as the Jefferson County community, to establish many new connections and increase the likelihood of getting hired in today’s competitive job market.
“It is our pleasure to connect students, job seekers, and employers by hosting the Jefferson County Job Fair. When someone has a good-paying job, our entire community reaps the benefits,” says Ivy Tech Student Support and Career Development Professional Nina Alcorn.
The Jefferson County Job Fair is THIS THURSDAY, April 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Ivy Tech Community College’s Madison Campus (590 Ivy Tech Drive)
