“We are so grateful for everyone who came out to the festival on Saturday. This is truly a community festival. We couldn't do it without our volunteers, businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies all working together. We'd like to thank our Premier Sponsor, Ivy Tech Community College along with all of our other sponsors who made the 2019 Soup Stew Chili & Brew possible. Our committee works year-round to make the festival the best it can be. It is definitely a team effort,” said Executive Director Lindsay Bloos.

The festival was created as an affordable family and community event to highlight the Main Street shopping district. The festival brings thousands of people to downtown Madison each year, and has been great for many businesses along Main Street, but it also serves as a fundraiser for many area non-profits. It is held each year on the second Saturday of October. For more information, please contact the Chamber office at 812-265-3135 or MadisonSoupStew.com
