- Individual must be able to prepare a buffet and/or prepare ticket orders on a front line grill.
- Open availability for day time and evening shifts.
- Weekends and all holidays are a must.
- Clean, help set up banquet rooms.
- Manage a team of 10-20 employees.
- Experience is a must.
