  • Student Success Support Specialist

    Job Summary:
    This is a 10-month, part-time 20-hour a week, hourly position responsible for providing administrative support to Office of Student Success and the Gladish Learning Center.  Primary responsibilities include systems support, data tracking and analysis for the Gladish Learning Center and Accessibility Services. Provide assistance in developing and supporting best practices for College wide retention efforts including orientation, financial literacy, academic support, and campus engagement.
     
    Essential Functions:

    • Provide administrative support to Office of Student Success and the Gladish Learning Center 
    • Serve as the Office Manager for the Gladish Learning Center
    • Data Anaylsis of Gladish Learning Center usage  
    • Symplicity Software support for Accommodate and Advocate modules 
    • Secure Alternative Text formats for Accessibility Services Students 
    Other Responsibilities:
    • Research best practices in retention
    • Jenzabar liaison
    Qualifications:
    Education Required:  Associate degree required.
     
    Experience Required:  Demonstrated ability to serve as collaborative team member. Ability to work independently and complete responsibilities efficiently. Responsiveness to multiple demands and ability to prioritize those demands in a fast-paced service-based office environment.
