Safety & Self Defense Workshop

Females ages 16+ are invited to attend this FREE workshop taught by KDH Wellness Coordinator Heather Foy and MPD Lieutenant Dan Slygh. Participants will learn how to become more aware and reduce, recognize, and avoid their risk for assault. Basic self-defense tactics will be taught.
