Dan Wright joined the Chamber board in 2014 and is currently serving as the President. He is co-owner and the CEO of FPBH, Inc.
, a regional Civil Engineering firm, doing business throughout central and southern Indiana as well as portions of northern Kentucky. A graduate of Indiana University where he studied science and business, prior to coming to FPBH 12 years ago, Dan worked at Indiana University for the Geological Survey and for Cincinnati Financial Corporation. He also studied Environmental Engineering at Columbia University.
Dan has also been involved in many community organizations and activities serving on the Jennings County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for eight years, three as chairman. He currently serves as the treasurer for the executive board of directors for the Southeastern Indiana Regional Planning Commission.
In addition to many local organizations Dan serves other boards and committees two of which are an international committee with regard to Global Climate Change for the AWWA and as a Committee member for the Alliance of Indiana Rural Water.
Dan and his wife, Linda, have been married for 30 years and have two sons, Jarrod and Geoffrey, who happened to have been born on the same day 3 years apart. Jarrod graduated from Purdue University and is a Sargeant in the US Army who recently graduated from the psychological operations program. Geoffrey graduated from Wabash College, then received a Masters at Notre Dame, and is now at the end of his first year of the Physician’s Assistant program at Butler University.
